 Chairman, Dr. Wilkerson, called the meeting to order at 7:35 pm.

 The invocation was led by Tom Hughes (pct 48).

The Pledges of Allegiance to the United States flag and to the Texas flag were led by Hartley Mackintosh.

Quorum: 23 chairs required; 46 present.

Business Conducted:

Approval of the agenda:

A motion to approve the agenda was made and passed.

Approval of the minutes:

A motion was made with a second to approve the minutes from 4/2/19.

Quorum: 22 chairs required; 42 present. (Note: filling precinct 44 brought the attendance to 43.)

Approval of the agenda:

Marcus Wooldridge (pct 91) moved with a second (who?) that a vote of non confidence be taken regarding the chairman, Dr. Wilkerson. Paul Gebolys (pct 4) spoke against. Marcus Wooldridge (pct 91) spoke for.

February 5, 2019

Vice Chair, Reagan Reed (pct 50), upon the absence of Chairman, Dr. Wilkerson, called the meeting to order at 7:31 pm.

The invocation was led by Tom Hughes (pct 48).

The Pledges of Allegiance to the United States flag and to the Texas flag were led by Hartley Makintosh.

Quorum: 22 chairs required; 43 present. Note: 44 present after filling the precinct 68 vacancy.

Business Conducted: Approval of the Agenda: A motion was made with a second to approve the agenda.

Approval of the Minutes: A motion was made with a second to approve the CEC minutes from the 12/12/18.

Vacancy Committee Note: 30 precinct chairs needed for a quorum to fill vacancies; 43 precincts present. Allison Winter (Vacancy Committee Chair, pct 59) noted there were 9 vacancies and introduced Connie Conrad as a recommendation from the vacancy committee: Connie Conrad (pct 68).

A motion was made with a second to seat Connie Conrad as the chair for precinct 68. Allison Winter administered the oath to the precinct chair.

Chairman, Dr. Wally Wilkerson, called the meeting to order at 7:30pm

 

The invocation was led Tom Hughes (pct 48).

 

The Pledges of Allegiance to the United States flag and to the Texas flag were led by Amy Van Horn (pct 35).

 

Linda Fox introduced elected officials: Montgomery County Attorney, JD Lambright; Luine Hancock representing State Senator Robert Nichols; Montgomery County Hospital District Pct 4, Bob Bagley; Justice of the Peace Pct 1, Wayne Mack; Constable Pct 1, Philip Cash; Commissioner Pct 2, Charlie Riley; Montgomery County Clerk, Mark Turnbull; Commissioner Pct 1, Mike Meador; Shenandoah City Council Position 1, Ted Fletcher; SREC member (SD3), Judy Parada.

 

Quorum: 21 precincts needed. 73 precinct chairs present.

 

August 7, 2018

Vice Chair, Reagan Reed (pct 50), called the meeting to order at 7:41 pm.

The invocation was led by Patricia Carr (pct 83). The Pledge of Allegiance to the United States flag and the Pledge of Allegiance to the Texas flag were led by Phill Cady (pct 25).

Vice Chair, Reagan Reed (pct 50), remarked that Dr. Wally Wilkerson stated he would be absent, thus the duty of presiding over the meeting fell to the vice chair, Reagan Reed.

Roll call by Secretary Rachel Bingham (pct 85).

Quorum: 21 precincts needed. 40 precinct chairs present.
